As soon as you acquire your HOSTDOG hosting plan, you can issue a ticket, within your client area, and request a transfer. We will migrate your existing site safely and free of charge at a time that is suitable for you.
You can easily upgrade your hosting plan, without experiencing any downtime, from the services management within the HOSTDOG client area.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your HOSTDOG shared hosting service, you can cancel it free of charge within the first 30 days, and get you money back.
Of course, you can create as many hosting packages as you like, and you can customize each package’s features, like disk space, traffic limits and others. Furthermore you can automate the procedure for granting individual access to each client’s control panel.
All of HOSTDOG’s reseller plans have a minimum duration of 12 months.
You can login to your cPanel/WHM control panel immediately after you have completed your order. Your service will be activated automatically and your login credentials will be mailed to you.
